I have worked in education as a Senior Lecturer running my own foundation level pathway in Interior Architectural Design and Product Design. I have also worked as an Associate Lecturer in 3D design. I operated a Bauhaus style studio approach, materiality being key. My students were always encouraged to explore the idea that putting hands on a materials is a crucial form of research, alongside developing their critical and visual thinking. I achieved a three-fold course expansion in my time as a course leader and helped many students expand their horizons.
